Job Purpose:
Experienced chemical engineer as process engineer with Pharma experience.
Educational Qualification:
BE in Chemical engineer.
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of process engineer with Pharma experience, Scale-up, reactor mapping, QMS, EHSS etc.
Technical skills:
To follow all safety precautions and adhere to EHSS policies. |
Contributing to the development of procedures, practices and systems that ensure safe operations and compliance with the company’s integrity and quality standards. |
Driving a corporate culture that promotes an environment, Health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times. |
Ensure all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health and safety measures are completed on time. |
Compliance with Syngene’s quality standards at all times. |
Ensuring operations are carried out in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity policy. |
Evaluation of the process with respect to the criticality of chemicals involved, volumes and process conditions. |
Mapping of the process in the MSEZ facility. |
Preparation of batch size and calculation of capacity. |
Calculation of Operating cost for the product mapped. |
Preparing a list of modifications/facilities required in the Production facility to execute the process. |
Coordinate with the CFT to plan, execute and complete the proposed modifications/facilities. |
Support the Production team for scale-up and execution of initial batches and validation. |
Working for process improvement in running products. |
Be part of an improvement in utilities and energy management. |
Attends training on the Standard operating procedure and enriches knowledge from day to day. |
Follow all good health and hygiene practices. |
Good teamwork by maintaining a healthy environment |
Behavioral Skills:
Adhering to the systems and policies of the company with dedication to work and result oriented approach during the execution of work.
Self-driven individual with team coordination would be required.
