Job Purpose

In the capacity of operation in charge; Responsible for smooth Operation, Maintenance, trouble shooting of 33kV power systems, 11kV power network, HT DG and LT distribution network across the sites. SCADA operations and maintenance, Reports submissions of the department.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  1.  Coordination of Day to day electrical maintenance calls, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of entire site including OFF site.
  2. CGMP and regulatory documentation WRT Engineering.
  3. Team building, manpower planning including shift scheduling, training the team members.
  4. Material handling – Raising purchase requests through SAP., budget planning.
  5. Energy conservation, day to day recording and monitoring of utilities consumption, generating daily, monthly reports.
  6. Ready to serve the company at any given point of time as demanded by the roll without restrictions, demonstrate utmost values in safety, quality and Integrity.
  7. Operation and maintenance of SCADA and EMS systems of substation.
  8. Taking part in new facility project works, testing and  commissioning of all electrical systems.

 

Educational Qualification:  

B. E. in E &E or   DEE

Should poses a valid Electrical supervisor license issued by Govt. of Karnataka.

 

 

Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)

 

  1. Thorough knowledge of SCADA, EMS and all statutory approvals, Billing details of the Electrical systems at site.
  2. Innovative ideas implementations towards energy saving, cost reductions in maintenance activities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Hands on expertise in the 33kv, 11kv, HT DG, ACB and inter panel communications.
  2. Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, Access Control System with door interlock and EPBX will be added advantage.
  3. Full knowledge about the control circuits of HT, LT panels is essential.
  4. Energy estimation for various block, periodic reports, tacking of the power consumption of various users. Preparation of MIS, budgetary statements and other such reports on need basis.
  5. Audit facing and managing skill with clear understanding of electrical systems.

 

 

Experience:

 

  Minimum 12 to 15 experience out of which minimum 7- 8 years of Pharma experience would be added     advantage.

 

 

Behavioral Skills:

 

Adhering to the systems and policies of the company with dedication to work and result oriented approach during the execution of work.

Self-driven individual with team coordination would be required.
