Job Purpose:

Experienced Instrumentation Engineer for Process Maintenance, automation, QMS with Pharma experience.

Educational Qualification:  

Diploma/B.E in Instrumentation

Experience:

 Minimum 7 to 9 years of Process Maintenance, automation, QMS etc. with pharma experience.

 

Technical skills:

 

To follow all safety precautions and adhere to EHSS policies.

Contributing to the development of procedures, practices and systems that ensure safe operations

and compliance with the company’s integrity and quality standards.

Driving a corporate culture that promotes an environment, Health, and safety (EHS) mindset and

operational discipline at the workplace at all times.

Ensure all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health and safety measures are

completed on time.

Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, PLC, and other control systems used for process automation.

Experience in equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) and Preparation of departmental SOP’s to

meet the required standards.

Ability to analyze data from instruments to troubleshooting issues, prevent downtime, and

implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Familiarity with measurement systems, such as thermocouples, RTDs, pressure sensors, and flow meters, and how to calibrate them in pharmaceutical processes Knowledge on Building management system and Environmental monitoring system, Dataloggers, weighing scales and all analytical instruments.. Proficiency in using calibration instruments and tools, including calibration baths, deadweight testers, reference thermometers, and precision voltage or current sources. Experience with calibration management software, such as SAP PM, Master Control, or other industry-specific platforms to schedule, track, and manage calibration activities. Managing and following scheduled calibration cycles to prevent delays in production, warehouse and quality control. Ensuring that calibration practices are always audit-ready by maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation and calibration records. Experience with QMS tools like EDMS, Track wise and Validator will be added advantage.
