Job Purpose: To lead Process Maintenance Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for smooth operation of API Plant, Plant HVAC,  process utilities, clean room, and Solvent yard across all shifts.
• Represent Engineering in various discussions related to process modification.
• Ensuring for day-to-day operation & maintenance.
• Recording and sharing day to day utility consumption, drafting monthly report.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process related facilities through SAP.
• Upkeeping of process related areas.
• Keeping the track and coordinating for the regulatory approvals.
• Performing GMP documentation and qualification
• Preparing annual budgets, tracking on monthly basis, targeting the savings.
• Shift schedule, spares maintenance, coordinating with OEM
• Taking care of contract workforce and training the operators.
• Raising SAP requests, following up with SCM , vendors and service agencies.
• Budgeting for modifications, getting approval and execution.
• Sharing responses for EHSS and Quality related observations, tracking and adhering for compliance (KAVACH, Syng Zero , CSFA)
• Coordinating with corporate team for various data compilation and site reports on day-to-day basis.
• Facing audits and representing team during client visits.
• As a process support SPOC, attending process meetings with site head and team, grasping the EAM related modifications, providing the scheme, budget and execution.
• Ensuring for the DI compliance and integrity aspects of the team.
• Working hand in hand with other verticals of the EAM ( Infra, Electrical and Instrumentation)
• Well versed in EDMS, Track wise , Validator , AutoCAD software’s.
• Execute projects in the running plant, update project progress to the larger team on weekly basis.
• Ensuring statutory compliance of DOF , IBR  and  third party inspections.
• Present status of the dept in OU review meetings of EHSS and QA.
• Issuing work permits, conducting PSSR .
• Well versed in PPT and excel

Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)

• Independently handling API process plant in shifts and general shift
• Auto Cad proficient
• MS Projects
• Presentation, PPT, WORD and Excel proficiency.
• GMP/QMS/Track wise/SAP

Educational Qualification:  B.E. (Mech)
