Job Title: Legal Intern

Duration: Minimum 2 months

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our team. As a legal intern, you will provide support to our legal department and gain valuable hands-on experience in wide range of legal matters pertaining to pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various contractual provisions

Assist with drafting legal documents, including agreements, work orders, amendments

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as documentation and tracking

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in law school

Strong research and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with legal research tools and Microsoft Office
