- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
- Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role :
- Role name: Test Item Control Officer (TICO)
- Develop/revise and implement standard operating procedures related to the area
- Understanding and implementing GLP systems for TICO processes
- Receive, verify, code, store and dispense the test items received
- Coordinate with GLP operational units and related project management
- Handling audits, and communicating with clients/sponsors
- Effectively communicate with project management and business development teams.
- Archival of documentation and test items as per the SOP
Leadership Capabilities: Must have good communication skills (written and verbal) in English to interact with Sponsors and stake holders; Able to manage self and communicate with clarity; Ability to collaborate and partnering with customers.

Specific requirements for this role
Experience: 8-10 years
Skills and Capabilities: Knowledge of OECD GLP requirements.Microsoft Office, Basic computer skills, MS Office, self-motivated, able to communicate in English
Education master’s in science/Pharma
