Core Purpose of the Role

The candidate will leverage the scientific knowledge to support drug discovery programs by creating tailored target assessment reports and assist in due diligence to prioritize targets.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Perform in a fast-paced environment towards data collection for target, disease, or drug from scientific publications, clinical research, patents, company pipeline, databases, etc.
  • Interpretation of scientific insights from large amount of biological data collected from multiple sources based on client requirements.
  • Data analysis, preparation of quality reports and presentations for client meeting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members for continuous improvement in target dossier or target safety assessment report.
  • Support the target prioritization and target tractability activities by closely working with Computational biology team.
  • Multitusking and critical thinking.
  • Commitment to foster a collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Candidate should adhere both quality and safety compliance according to organizational policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification

  • Ph.D. in biological sciences from a reputed institution.
  • Strong research & development experience in either an academic or an industrial setting.
  • Basic understanding on immunology, oncology and other disease areas.
  • Knowledge on disease-target-drug related databases.
  • Credible publications and understanding on multi-omics data are plus.
