  • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
  • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

 

 

Core Purpose of the Role :

This role is part of the Talent Management & OD CoE. You’ll work closely with senior HRBPs and business leaders to drive the talent agenda — including succession planning, performance calibration, and leadership development. You’ll also lead a small team, ensuring delivery discipline, data integrity, and alignment with Syngene’s transformation goals.

 

Role Accountabilities

  • 7–9 years of HR experience in the Indian market, with 4–6 years in core Talent Management (succession planning, performance management, leadership development, career architecture).
  • Proven Talent Management Knowledge – Deep understanding of talent management practices (succession planning, performance management, high-potential identification, leadership development, career progression) and ability to connect frameworks with business strategy.
  • Self-Starter Mindset – Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively identify and implement talent solutions without heavy supervision.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven – Skilled at using data (performance ratings, attrition trends, 9-box grids, stagnation indices) to generate insights, influence leaders, and measure program effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Partnership Skills – Strong ability to engage senior leaders, HRBPs, and CoEs; capable of building trust, influencing decisions, and constructively challenging where needed.
  • Communication & Executive Presence – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations at board/EC level.
  • Technical Proficiency – High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, dashboards), with the ability to produce polished, professional outputs.

Experience:

Educational and/or professional experience in organizational design and/or development

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Knowledge of talent assessment and diagnostics
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel
  • Fair knowledge of the business landscape, the scientific landscape, and the compliance frameworks
  •  
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with empathy in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient; ability to resolve conflicts in a win-win manner
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication

Education:

MBA in HR or General Management
