• Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, ensuring speed, quality, and experience at every stage.
• Strategic Talent Advisory: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, challenging decisions when needed, and offering data-driven guidance to raise the bar on hiring.
• Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver a standout experience—curated, high-touch, and personalized—that leaves a lasting impression on every candidate.
• Influence Without Authority: Use exceptional articulation, credibility, and trust-building skills to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Ambiguity Handling: Thrive in a fast-changing environment with limited information. Demonstrate agility and sound judgement to assess situations and act decisively.
