This is a compelling opportunity to contribute to the GLP-compliant bioanalytical laboratory at Syngene. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in developing and validating analytical methods across various biological matrices, aligned with global regulatory standards. The primary objective is to generate high-quality, reliable data that meets both client expectations and regulatory requirements within defined timelines. This position also encourages forward-thinking and adaptability, preparing you to embrace emerging trends and innovations in bioanalysis. Additionally, it offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to engage directly with offshore clients, enhancing both technical and interpersonal skills.

Specific requirements for this role

 

Experience in bioanalytical method development/validation and sample analysis

Demonstrated Capability and work under pressure

 

Experience

Experience on handling bioanalytical studies like method development, method validation and sample analysis in biological matrices.

Knowledge of different extraction techniques.

Ability to handle analytical and ancillary instruments viz GC, UPLC/HPLC, LCMS, pH meter.

Review of calibration and maintenance records

Calibration and use of micropipettes

Documentation logbooks and raw data for activities performed without any errors.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements, practices, and guidelines like OECD, USFDA, ICH etc.

 

Skills and Capabilities

Expertise in handling challenges during method development/validation and sample analysis

Capable of thinking scientifically to address complex problems and develop solutions

Work as a team and have collaborative mindset

Good communication skills and good team player
