Job Title: Senior Research Associate (Software Developer)

Reporting to: Senior Principal Scientist
Job Grade: 9-II

Core Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a full-stack Software Developer to build and implement functional software/web applications. You will work with other Developers and Lead/Managers throughout the software development life cycle.
In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.
Role Accountabilities
- Work as a full stack software developer to design and develop algorithms, REST API and UI
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs/API
- Verify and deploy software/web application on servers
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Educational Qualification:
- BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent with strong programming skill
- 1-3 years
Technical/functional Skills:
- Should have strong relevant experience on MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS)
- Work with REST API development
- Must possess skills related to Software Engineering best practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Must possess strong knowledge with databases (RDBMS/NoSQL)
- Knowledge on Git, CI/CD and Unit testing

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid commitment to customer service with good initiative and follow-through
- Expert ability to assess problems and quickly formulate the correct solution
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and strong collaboration skills
