Job Title: Shift Utility Engineer (Senior Executive)
Job Location: Syngene International Limited, Bengaluru

Core Purpose of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in Engineering and Maintenance departments of Syngene. The role will provide exposure to bring in newer technologies and improve the workflow in terms of higher titer and reduced timelines. It provides an opportunity to think ahead of time and be prepared to take up newer developments expediting target protein production.
Role Accountabilities
- Accountable for engineering deliverables which includes upkeep and continuous improvements related to utilities, electrical, equipment's and instrumentation for Central area at S2 & S6 locations.
- Responsible for SOP's, Preventive Maintenance and calibration schedules are followed for central utility equipment's and electrical installations as per QMS with Zero DATA INTIGRITY.
- Responsible for setting clear objectives and deliver maintenance SLA's with highest level of safety and quality.
- Responsible for overall S2 & S6 day to day monitoring, operation & maintenance and breakdown maintenance of central utility equipment's, Electrical substation,
- UPS system and Lab support in shifts
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining up to date the QMS data with ATAR sheet
- Responsible for compliance of regulatory & statutory requirements.
- Accountable for Updating, Reviewing and analyzing daily energy reports of utilities and power and optimization of its cost of operations.
- Ensure safety Kavach standards (PTW system) are developed and followed the same for achieving zero incidents.
- Responsible for additional task assigned by management based upon business requirement

Experience
Operation and Maintenance of Utility equipment’s such as Chiller, Air Compressor, Dry Vacuum pumps, pumps and water system
Knowledge in Electrical Distribution system
Expertise in identifying the abnormalities and problem solving
Familiar with data recording and analysis to get meaningful results
Skills and Capabilities
Expertise in handling multiple expression platforms
Capable of thinking scientifically to address complex problems and develop solutions
Work as a team and have collaborative mindset
Good communication skills
Education
Diploma Electrical and Electronics Engg.
