Core Purpose of the Role:

Assay Biologist (Sr Scientist) to support Bioassays and in vitro research activities that are critical to Client project.

Key Responsibilities:

Bioassay Execution and Analysis:

  • Perform functional bioassays including ELISAs and cell-based assays (e.g., IOP assays, ADCC assays).
  • Execute experiments end-to-end: data generation, documentation, analysis, and compilation.
  • Ensure data quality through review and compliance checks.
  • Prepare and draft study reports as required.

In Vitro Anti-Tumor Efficacy Evaluation:

  • Conduct studies to assess anti-tumor activity across various tumor cell lines and indications.
  • Utilize techniques such as:
  • ELISA and cytokine analysis (Luminex, ELISA, CBA platforms)
  • Flow cytometry
  • Cell proliferation and inhibition assays
  • 2D/3D co-culture models

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Ensure adherence to organizational safety, quality, and EHSS standards.
  • Follow ALCOA+ principles and maintain accurate electronic lab notebook (ELN) records.

Laboratory Operations

  • Support routine lab activities including mammalian cell culture.

Education:

Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in:

  • Biology / Biotechnology
  • Immunology / Cell Biology
  • Cancer Biology or related life sciences field

 

Hands-on experience in:

  • Cell-based assays (ADCC, proliferation, cytotoxicity)
  • Mammalian cell culture
  • Immunoassays (ELISA, Luminex, CBA)
  • Flow cytometry
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., PLA, SoftMax Pro, GraphPad Prism, Excel)
