Job Purpose:To be part of Protein science Team.Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and/or Baculo-Insect cell (adherent and suspension) and transfection procedures.Experience in expression of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins in HEK, CHO, and/or Sf9 systems.Strong expertise in protein purification using AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems.Practical experience with Affinity, Ion‑exchange, and HIC chromatography, column packing, and TFF.Basic working experience with HPLC-based protein characterization.Skilled in Western blotting and ELISA.Excellent communication and coordination with upstream and analytical teams.Strong documentation practices and meticulous data recording.Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in biology/biotechnology/biochemistry or relevant scientific/healthcare discipline with 2 to 8 years of research experience.Desirable Skills:Experience with Wave Bioreactor or similar automated/controlled bioreactor systems.Experience in high‑throughput small/medium‑scale purification using automated liquid handling systems.Broader understanding of protein expression, analytical workflows, and upstream processes.Prior industrial biotechnology experience.Behavioral Skills:Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a cross-cultural awareness.Proactive, works with a high level of independence with minimal supervision.Good organizational, analytical, and planning skills.Attention to detail in documenting processes.
