Job Title: Upstream Development Associate

- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role:
- Develop understanding of the basic instruments/ equipments available in Upstream lab.
- Involve in media/ solution preparation.
- Plan, execute, understand and interpret experimental data and results to support decisions and the definition of upstream production processes.
- Understand and apply bioprocess process development and scale-up strategies.
- Follow MFL laboratory practices to comply with guidelines.
- Adhere to ALCOA+ and GDP practices..
Role Accountabilities
