Core Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Process Development Specialist to join our team our group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling up flow processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, holding a BTech or MTech with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize flow processes for chemical manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR&D, Engineering, SCM, TT and Manufacturing to transfer processes from development to production scale.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process evaluations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot process issues to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in flow chemistry, applying new technologies and methodologies where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in process development and scale-up within the chemical manufacturing industry, preferably in a CDMO environment.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proven track record in developing robust flow processes, with a strong understanding of chemical reactions, kinetics, and thermodynamics.
- Experience with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within timelines.
