Core Purpose of the Role: Project Management (Sale order creation and Vendor MDG process)

 

Role Accountabilities:

  1. Vendor Onboarding approvals (New vendor / Change request for existing vendors)
  2. Vendor Block and unblock in MDG post approval
  3. Post receipt of Test payment confirmation from SCM, Unblock the vendor code for usage.
  4. Audit Related support requirements.
  5. Sale order creation process end to end
  6. Understanding INCO terms
  7. Understanding of payment milestone and activity milestone
  8. Creating invoices according to agreement; submits invoices to customers.
  9. Process of onboarding the customers and creation of MDG approval process for Customers
  10. Understanding of Various types of accounting assignments and GL mapping process
  11. Creation of material master and linking to the accounting assignment.

  • Project management function with SAP ERP Exposure.
