Job Purpose:

A highly motivated individual with good knowledge in in vitro assays is required for SARC (Syngene Amgen Research center) collaboration. In this position, candidate will perform compound screening to support drug discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conduct of microsomal, hepatocytes, plasma protein, brain tissue and media binding assays.
• Well versed with processing techniques like LLE, SPE and protein precipitation.
• Carryout sample processing from biological matrices including but not limited to plasma, serum, blood etc for bioanalysis.
• Bioanalysis support for in-vitro assays (Microsomal Stability, Plasma Protein binding, CYP inhibition, GSH reactivity etc.)
• Support routine LC-MS/MS maintenance by coordinating with internal / external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and effective communication and documentation skills is desired.
• Adherence to Good Research practices of the organization. 

Educational Qualification: MSc (Biochemistry)/M. Pharm from reputed university.

Work Experience: 0-3 years in industry.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Should carry out In-vitro ADME assays
• Proficiency in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis and aware of basic instrument maintenance.

Behavioral/Managerial Skills:

• Good inter-personal skills, excellent oral & written communication skills.
