01	Safety *To place safety at par with business performance with shared responsibility and accountability, including following safety guidelines, procedures, and SOPs, in letter and spirit.* Primary Responsibility, Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned. Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company’s integrity & quality standards. Maintain a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times. Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace. Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time. Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times. Hold for the achievement of safety goals.
02	Projects To ensure compliance to Safety at workplace. Ensure Safety Norms at site as per EHSS guidelines which are required to work safely. Project execution at site and manage/coordination for service and supply part also. Adhere with quality of execution as per Syngene’ s Standers. Coordination with CFT on or before Execution. Sharing technical details with relevant team members for creation of the URS for system & equipment’s. Interaction with various vendors and arranging BOQ for all requirements/activity. Maintain a schedule & tracking of all ongoing projects. Weekly & monthly progress reports preparations & follow-ups from all project sites on daily basis. Provide all support required by other functions from Engineering function. Support to preparing project proposal which includes detailed project design, cost and timelines for all new projects. Initiation of CERs for approved project, raising PRs, follow up for POs etc. Identifies New Technologies and evaluation/implementation of those at various plant locations. Invite offers, do evaluation, share & discuss URS/requirements with vendors. Make techno-commercial comparatives & support into finalizations. Making schedules & Bar charts of all ongoing projects in consultation with respective project managers and team members. Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self.
