- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role :
The role is responsible to support and Manage KAVACH projects at Syngene
Role Accountabilities
- Provide strategic and tactical plan, set goals, plan resources, guide and oversee the overall KAVACH transformation at Syngene
- Ensure the awareness and understanding of the plan and deliverables across stakeholders
- Develop and accomplish project schedule
- Review and oversee implementation of activities as identified in the project plan
- Establish Key Performance Indicators for KAVACH PMO team
- Track KPIs and outcomes related to the functioning of the PMO team against well-defined charter
- Develop and implement project communications plan for all levels
- Coordinate end-to-end with cross-functional Workstreams, Task teams and implementation team to ensure that project deliverables are met.
- Maintain project team decision log and risk log with mitigation and contingency actions.
- Proactively identify project risks and propose risk mitigation strategies
- Schedule committee meetings and preparation of agenda’s and recording minutes/followup
- Develop and ensure project Governance and Communication Matrix
- Identify and ensure all documentation are appropriately assembled and archived
- Create and manage dashboards.
- Manage project budget
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team
- Ensure KAVACH related trainings are appropriately organized.

Accountabilities as a Syngene Leader (only for Leadership Hires)
- Champion effective Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for the company and oversee compliance with those practices within Biologics business. Play an active leadership role in monitoring and verifying safety performance through Gemba walks and other safety-led activities.

Experience:
- Working experience in the environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) function is preferred
- PMP certified or degree in business management
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project, project management modules desired
- Working experience in digitalization projects is preferred

- Excellent in Communication skills (English - both oral and written).
