Core Purpose of the Role:

The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions through targeted digital advertising campaigns. This role is critical to scaling our B2B marketing programs across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience running performance-driven campaigns for technical or scientific audiences.

Role Accountabilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for high-performing creatives tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and ongoing data analysis.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure adherence to channel-wise allocations and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor performance KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPL, MQLs, and ROAS to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics integrations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and best practices in the life sciences B2B space.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in paid advertising, with at least 2 years in life sciences/Pharma domains.
  • Agency background will be added advantage
  • Experience managing multi-country or global ad campaigns is preferred.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Expertise in MS Office tools – advanced MS Excel; MS Power point; MS Access; Analytic Tools
  • Familiarity with content adaptation tools and creative testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and integration with CRM systems.
  • Competitor analysis, trend prediction, and market research capabilities.
  • B2B and B2C campaign experience, especially for LinkedIn & Google ads.
