  • Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
  • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
  • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Lab operations- need to support to the PRD lab in all 3 shifts
  • PPE management, Consumable management
  • Tracking and monitoring of attendance shift schedule and safety for contract employee
  • Inorganic chemical-stock management, consumption posting in SAP
  • Equipment’s and Checklists verification and up keeping the records daily
  • Issuance of camera, visitors coat, mask etc
  • Gemba walk and other audit observation CAPA compliance tracking and monitoring
  • Weighing balance calibration weekly and monthly
  • Data collection for number of reactions, equipment utilization
  • Gate pass creation for repairable glassware
  • HPAPI Lab solvent inventory and consumables management
  • Ensuring the segregation of normal & Hazardous waste segregation and sending for disposal/incineration
  • Tracking and monitoring of system and practices-5S drive in HPAPI lab
  • Weighing balance verification and facility upkeep
  • Hydrogen lab reaction monitoring

Educational qualification – BSc in Chemistry

Experience – 0-3yrs
