Job Location: Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (TSHTI) - Faridabad, Haryana

Department: Human Pharmacology Unit - Translational & Clinical Research

  • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
  • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

 

Role Accountabilities:

 

  • Supervise HPU operations and monitor quality metrics.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives across HPU functions.
  • Coordinate with PMO team to review and track ongoing HPU projects.
  • Assist in planning study budgets and manage approvals and tracking.
  • Assign resources and monitor execution of study-related activities.
  • Ensure operational readiness for all HPU studies.
  • Lead SQDECC board meetings and support action planning.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate LMS training programs for all HPU personnel.
  • Conduct and support workshops and skill-building training sessions.
  • Review and implement CAPAs, process changes, and quality management plans.
  • Monitor Track wise workflows including SOP Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs for their effectiveness.
  • Monitor and Review Implementation and timelines of SOPs and EDMS elements.
  • Ensure that the department is fully prepared for internal and external audits by maintaining compliance, documentation, and operational discipline.
  • Supervise usage, maintenance, and management of all HPU equipment/software systems.
  • Monitor departmental engineering and maintenance activities including preventive maintenance and calibration.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility hygiene and readiness.
  • Review and manage CAPEX, AOP, and budget utilization for operational needs.
  • Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing, SAP, Purchase, Inventory, and Stores teams.
  • Monitor department supply chain operations to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain oversight on inventory utilization and storage compliance.
  • Assist HOD in recruiting suitable personnel and succession planning for HPU functioning.
  • Coordinate vendor assessments and onboarding in compliance with company procedures.
  • Review and support legal documentation and contracts related to operational activities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service level compliance.
  • Coordinate and lead Kaizen activities, GEMBA walks, Why-Why analysis, and Lean programs.
  • Participate in ERT and EHSS meetings to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
  • Carry out any other responsibility as assigned by Head – HPU / Head – Translational & Clinical Research.

Experience: 8 to 13 Years
