Job Title: NMR Assistant

Core Purpose of the Role:

1. Performing the analysis and its documentation as per the procedure.
2. Upload analytical data in SAP and update the sample analysis status.
3. Self-approval of analytical data for identification tests like LC-MS, GC-MS, IR, NMR, SOR, MR, MC and UV.
4. Sample preparation and sample loading in auto sampler.
5. Calibration and documentation as per the schedule.
6. Adherence to product specifications, all operating procedures and other laboratory practices.
7. Effective maintenance of solvent records and consumables.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Maintains superconducting magnets. This includes scheduling cryogen deliveries; weekly liquid nitrogen fills and liquid helium fills.
2. Understanding and demonstrating responsibility for the safety of self & colleagues by following all safety protocols provided by Syngene.
3. Adherence to all environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies & standards always in the workplace.
4. Wearing all PPE as required.
5. Adherence to all procedures related to Syngene data integrity policies.
6. Compliance with Syngene’s quality standards always.
7. Review of daily/monthly laboratory monitoring, verification, and calibration records of equipment and instruments.

B.Sc. (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry)

Experience

 0-3 years

Skills and Capabilities

1. Able to work follow instructions and perform the tasks under the supervision of the reporting manager.
