Key Responsibilities:
Oversee C&DS operations to ensure quality and delivery, on time and within budget
• Work with solution and technical heads for optimal running of RI projects, engage with Syngene OU and enabling function leaders to coordinate cross-functional collaborations
• Resource planning, create and manage RI resource matrix, identify and fill gaps, allocate resources across projects, oversee training and development for the OU
• Support strategic planning, developing new initiatives with the OU head and drive implementation as per plan
• Monitor projects, milestones, deliverables and analyze performance to optimize delivery
processes

Educational Qualification: Masters in Life sciences/Informatics, Ph.D preferred  

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with a track record of managing a multifaceted team for developing informatics products/solutions and running an informatics practice

Technical / Functional Skills:
Familiarity across the breadth of computational sciences and research informatics
• Ability to manage informatics projects in an agile environment
• Experience in requirement gathering, scoping and customer interaction

 

Behavioral / Managerial skills:
Excellent management skills, ability to organize people and activities to achieve goals
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work through conflicts
