Core Purpose of the Role:
Role Accountabilities
- Operation and maintain utilities: Chillers, Air Compressors, Nitrogen Plants, Brine Plants, Cooling Towers, Vacuum Pumps, and Electrical Systems (LT/HT).
- Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to API manufacturing blocks.
- Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, QMS, EHSS, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and drive optimization initiatives.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, spares, inventory, and service contracts.
- Engaging utility audits, self-inspections, and timely closure of observations.
- Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and upgrades of utility systems.
- Maintain documentation, logs, SOPs, and CMMS records.
- Prepare & review of qualification protocols, study reports, and post‑maintenance release of equipment.
- Work on SAP system, Trackwise system & EDMS system for creation and review.
- Initiation of purchase requisitions and further follow up supply chain & vendors to get required materials on time.

Education
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
