Core Purpose of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in Biologics Manufacturing of Syngene. The role will provide exposure to lead the instrumentation team and execute the projects.

Role Accountabilities:

• Sound knowledge in Instrumentation & controls.
• Handling of Instrumentation team
• Preparation and execution of qualification protocols for process equipment.
• Hands of experience on Emerson/Simens/Rockwell systems
• New/Upgradation /Modification of project with CSV documentation.
• To qualify / validate equipment for operation with DQ, IQ and OQ document as per the CSV requirement.
• Having knowledge in 21CFR part 11 compliance, identifying, and addressing the gaps.
• Planning and procuring of instruments for the smooth execution of project
• Adherence to Standard Operating procedures, Safety, cGMP, QMS & EHS Requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring the activities related to Engineering and Maintenance
• Computerized system Preventive maintenance and documentation.
• Ensuring all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health and safety measures are completed on time.
• Disaster management for equipment & Control systems.
• Audit support.

Education: B.E; B. Tech or Diploma in Electronics and communication/ Instrumentation and control engineering.

Experience: Should have minimum 12-15 years of experience in instrumentation and automation. 

Skills and Capabilities:

• Should be able to handle the team with a of minimum 10 members.
• Capable of thinking scientifically to address complex problems and develop solutions.
• Work as a team and have a collaborative mindset
• Good communication skills
