- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
- Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Arrangement:
- Arrangement of general solvents to the lab on daily basis
- Arrangement of General raw material/solution preparation daily basis
- Arrangement of consumable on daily basis
- Verification of broken glassware and replenish with new one
- Verification of the Dry Ice stock daily and arranging as per user request.
- Verification of glassware stock in store and labs on weekly/biweekly basis
- Verification of consumable stock on weekly/biweekly basis
Lab support:
- Ensuring Lab cleanness, Waste solvent disposal area and earthing, PPE cabinet and lab coat cupboard
- Identifying equipment breakdown and logging the call and coordinating with EAM team on daily basis
- Maintain the scrubber pH for hazardous reactions on daily basis/requirement basis
- Collecting the Inorganic chemical waste First and Second shifts
- Supporting for hydrogenation reactions start up, monitoring and filtrations
- Removal of waste disposal First and Second shifts
- Overnight reaction monitoring and comments/mail should provide for abnormalities on daily basis
- Applying pressure and sample taking for hydrogenation reactions in night shifts on daily basis
Documentation:
- Taking the fume hood occupancy in First and Second shifts
- Updating the housekeeping and Freezer documents on daily basis
- Updating the general chemical, consumable usage logbook general chemical on daily basis
- Updating the fume hood checklist (safety parameter) in the night shifts on daily basis
Equipment Management:
- Verification of the overhead stirrers, Heating magnetic stirrer and Jacks inventory on weekly/biweekly basis
- Handing over the breakdown equipment's to EAM and tracking
Training, Time sheet updating and relieving:
- 100% Completion of LMS training on time
- 100% attendance to classroom trainings
- 100% updating the time sheet regularly
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in chemistry
