Mandatory expectation for all roles as per Syngene safety guidelines

• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
• Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Core Purpose of the Role:

PR Coordination, Inventory management, Lab Maintenance, Day-to-Day operations, Safety and Compliance, Quality and Data Integrity of Discovery Biology.

Role Accountabilities:

Work in alignment with organization goals and strategic initiatives:
Lab maintenance, Quality, PR coordination, Inventory management, Store management, Safety and Compliance, Quality and Data Integrity of Discovery Biology.

Skills and competencies:

• Casual management
• Logbook maintenance
• CapEX installation activity in Coordination with cross functional team and Vendor
• Storage of the inventory materials at stores at ambient temperature

• Monitor day to day lab operational requirements

• Defrosting the -20 and -80 instruments as per the schedule

• Liquid nitrogen, dry ice and wet ice management for various experiments/Teams

• Following Syngene Lab Safety rules and regulation
• Monitoring and recording lab cold room temperature
• Support QMS activity
• Media/buffer/acid preparation as per guidelines.
• Support LN2 facility in terms of overall maintenance, cell line inventory keep up etc.

Education: B.Sc. (Life science/Biotechnology)

Experience: Entry Level

Functional Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, analytical skills
• Ability to work with team with professionalism and discretion
