Job Purpose: The role involves Calibration Maintenance Activities 

Key Responsibilities:  
•    Shall be responsible for calibration work execution and implementation of calibration initiatives across the organization.
•    Should work with Engineering business partnering teams and OU stakeholders to understand requirements, do the groundwork on data collection, work on the implementation plan, and execute execution.
•    Planning and Co-ordination with the external vendors for calibration activities,sending the instruments for external calibration to vendor.
•    Hands on experience on  executing the calibration of Temperature,Pressure,Load cells,Level measuring,EMSand BMS Instruments
•    hands-on in Maintenance module in SAP systems
•    Initiation of the PR for calibration activities.
•    Establish/follow maintenance procedures and engage in calibration activities
•    Ensuring compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Environment and Human Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS), and regulatory requirement
•    Preparation of engineering drawings
•    Ready to work in shifts (24X7)
•    Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
•    Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
•    Facing of clients and Regulatory Audits.

 
Educational Qualification:  
•   Diploma or  BE/B.Tech


Experience:
•    3-6 years of instrumentation experience.

 

Behavioral Skills:
•    Good speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter
•    Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
