Job Purpose

This role focuses on the engineering and maintenance of formulation injectable and OSD facility systems, supporting the engineering team in optimizing performance and enhancing organizational competency while adhering to delivery, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring the timely resolution of equipment breakdowns, analyzing instrument failures, and reviewing PLC and SCADA systems to ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment and systems.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure smooth running of Injectable equipment’s like Filling and sealing line, Lyophilizer, SIP& CIP system, Autoclave and clean room equipment’s.
  • Ensure functionality of automation related to process and equipment’s, which are installed in Formulation units (Injectable facility).
  • Implement automation solutions for improved control and monitoring.
  • Adherence to Standard Operating procedures, Safety, cGMP, QMS & EHS Requirements.
  • Co-ordination with OEM for required automation and instrument issues.

Educational Qualification:  

  • BE in Electronics and instrumentation engineering (EIE)

 

 

 

 

Technical/functional Skills:

  • Hands on experience in Fill Finish Injectable facility & OSD manufacturing area.
  • Proficiency in programming languages PLC programming & HMI Programming.
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
  • Knowledge of sensors, actuators, signal processing, and control theory.

 

Experience:

  • 4-6 years in Injectable Facility or in automation field with similar equipment’s.

 

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
