The Head of FP&A is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions within the organization. This role involves providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
  • Forecasting: Lead the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Assist in evaluating business opportunities and investments.
  • Performance Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Systems Improvement: Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: To be confirmed
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 -18 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the CRO or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
