Core Purpose of the Role:
•Lead the team of bioanalysts responsible for delivering high quality data for requested ADME studies withing agreed timelines
•Expertise in automated discovery bioanalysis workflow practices for both small and large molecules and new drug modalities like Protacs, ADCs, Oligonucleotides etc.
•Updated with the latest innovations in high throughput bioanalysis, both at instruments levels and data management
•Sound understanding of DMPK principles and have mandatory experience in handling global clients
•Comprehend outcome of various in-vitro/in-vivo assays and contribute to integrated drug discovery Projects as DMPK representative
Role Accountabilities
•Provide ADME/DMPK expertise, to drug discovery projects, integrating in vitro and in vivo data to help define project strategy and deliver agreed project objectives.
•Contribute to Business Development activities (e.g. proposal preparation, discussions with potential clients).
•Provide scientific leadership within the department, including proactively influencing the departments scientific direction and developing optimized processes to improve effectiveness.
•Develop others through coaching, mentoring and motivating others to fulfil their potential.
•Embrace change and be a role model to maintain a high preforming team

Experience
•Minimum 15 years of relevant industrial experience after master’s degree or 10 years after PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

•A demonstrated record of delivering DMPK and PK/PD expertise, with the ability to successfully troubleshoot scientific related issues.
•To be an effective team player; with the confidence to stand up for what you believe in whilst listening to others to collaborate effectively with your peers.

Education
•M. Pharm/PhD in Pharmaceutical sciences
