Title:  Financial Reporting

• Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
• Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
• Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all time

Core Purpose of the Role: Financial reporting – Preparation of financials as per IND-AS, Quarterly audit closure and SEBI reporting, Book closure in SAP, Variance analysis for Actual Vs. Plan, Posting of Month-end Closing entries

Role Accountabilities

• Preparation of relevant schedules for audit and analysis if data.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financials as per IND AS format
• Quarterly audit co-ordination with Statutory auditors
• Monthly Book Closure in SAP by reviewing the schedules from other process owner
• Posting of closing entries like Tax, Provisions and similar.
• Preparation of variance analysis for leadership review
