Core Purpose of the Role:

Role Accountabilities

1. SEZ documentation – Import document filing in ICEGATE / NSDL & to update the domestic procurement in the SEZ Online portal & ensure the SEZ officer assessment completed.
2. Follow up with internal team for Import document for SEZ clearance & filing for documents to SEZ office. 
3. Corresponding with SEZ office for the approval and further submission to Customs House Agent for clearance at BLR Airport and update the report daily to the concern stake holder.
4. Good record keeping of outbound shipment documents in a proper filing system & maintaining soft copies the archival system.
5. Preparing all Customs clearance related documents & to update to team for MIS.
6. Attend trainings as scheduled and complete it on time
7. On time completion of the activity assigned (as per SLA) of outbound shipment documentation.
8. Learning the SEZ documentation and following the Customs Rules and Regulations along with seeking support/guidance from the manager for any new & critical tasks.

Specific requirements for this role

1. Experience: 0 to 3 years
2. Demonstrated Capability:
3. Education: Commerce /Science Graduate, post-graduation in Import/export added advantage

Skills and Capabilities

1)Fluent in oral & written English

2)Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point presentation

3)Timely resolving the challenges with support of seniors without any delay or damages.

4)SAP knowledge – will be an added advantage
