Core Purpose of the Role:
The Employee Engagement HRBP plays a key role in designing and driving the employee experience strategy across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR teams, and employees to enhance engagement, strengthen culture, and improve retention through data-driven and people-centric interventions
Role Accountabilities
1. Engagement Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement employee engagement frameworks aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives and programs across business units
- Drive employee listening mechanisms such as surveys and focus groups
- Manage the engagement calendar
2. Employee Experience & Culture
- Foster inclusive and high-performance culture
- Lead initiatives on recognition, well-being, and diversity
3. Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze engagement survey and HR metrics
- Develop dashboards and action plans
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with leaders and HR teams
- Act as advisor to managers on engagement
5. Communication & Change Management
- Drive internal communications
- Support change initiatives
6. Employer Branding & Events
-Organize employee events and engagement activities

- Retention metrics
- Participation rates

Specific requirements for this role:
- Strong background in Human Resource Business Partnering with proven expertise in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Education: Full time Postgraduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
