- Ensure all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self.
- Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals.
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time.
Core Purpose of the Role:
The Employee Engagement Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining employee engagement initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee experience, improve organizational effectiveness, and strengthen employer branding. The role will partner closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and employees to drive engagement, recognition, communication, culture-building, and employee well-being programs.
Role Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute the employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, experience, productivity, retention, and workplace culture.
- Lead organization-wide employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to capture employee sentiment.
- Analyse engagement data, identify trends and key themes, and drive actionable improvement plans with business leaders.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve employee recognition and reward programs that reinforce organizational values and desired behaviours.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive engagement interventions and foster a positive employee experience.
- Support culture-building and inclusion initiatives by organizing employee events, celebrations, town halls, and connect sessions.
- Collaborate with DE&I teams to create a more inclusive, collaborative, and employee-centric workplace.
- Manage employee wellness and well-being programs covering physical, emotional, financial, and social wellness dimensions.
- Drive internal communication campaigns to increase awareness, participation, and connectivity across HR and organizational initiatives.

Experience:
Proven experience in driving employee engagement, employee experience, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
