Deputy Research Director

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Leadership:Define and execute CMC vision aligned with corporate growth and client needs

•Operational Excellence:Oversee Process research & development, scale‑up, validation, and lifecycle management

•Regulatory Stewardship:Ensure GMP compliance and lead CMC documentation for USFDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO submissions

•Client Engagement: Act as senior interface with global pharma/biotech partners, driving delivery on time, cost & quality

•Talent Development:Build and mentor high‑performing scientific and operational teams, fostering innovation and compliance culture

Industry Experience

•Strong experience working years in Process research development group in chemical development

•Deep expertise indeveloping chemical processes and synthesize intermediates and APIs for clinical studies on laboratory, pilot and commercial plant scale..

•Strong track record in client-facing program execution (FTE/FFS).

•Leadership of large technical teams (30-40)•Proven track record in leadership, global regulatory approvals, and strategic partnerships
