Key responsibilities:

 

  • Put a high vision to achieve the focused targets.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the safety at all level.
  • Work for bringing new ideas and process which will improve operational excellence in inventory management.
  • Monitor material storage, zoning and activities related to issuance, stock posting in SAP and handling lab return chemicals. Regular inspection of bottle label, pack, seal and integrity check.
  • Conduct regular safety checks in RT & cold store rooms, controls. LHA audits and    documentation.
  • Responsible for periodic handling of audits, walkthrough, visits & CAPA.
  • Coordination with E&M for engineering supports and calibrations. Coordination with EHSS to train store personnel in safety
  • Training of store personnel in terms of zoning and hazards related to chemicals stored in RT and cold stores.
  • Coordinate with main store for material receipts and acknowledgement.
  • Quarterly physical stock verification, reconciliation, maintain stock accuracy as system hygiene.
  • Handling inter unit stock transfers in coordination with end users, CAD and logistics department.
  • Chemical sweeping as per SOP with necessary approvals and SAP updates
  • High scientific capability.
  • Knowledge of GHS, TGRS and zoning principles.
  • Expert in segregation of chemicals as per zoning principles.
  • Sound knowledge for compatibility and appropriate storage of chemicals.
  • Strong knowledge of Data analysis software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Cross-departmental interaction

 

Qualification: MSc or PhD

 

Experience: 15+ years of industry experience
