Functional Responsibilities:
Compliance to Syngene’s safety & quality standards at all times.
- Overall adherence to EHSS practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned at workplace.
- To ensure SOPs are in place for all activities handled in Warehouse.
- Responsible for Preparation and reviewal of Warehouse SOPs.
- To initiate change controls wherever necessary and ensure to complete the tasks initiated.
- Reporting any deviations and discrepancies to the superiors and reporting head.
- Handling of Deviations and close them at right intervals.
- Handling of departmental staff and contract employees training as a coordinator.
- Organizing training to departmental personnel on post revision of SOPs for new joiners and coordinating with external departments for completion of intra-departmental trainings.
- Impart training on the Warehouse related activities and SOPs.
- Ensuring online logs with proper documentation to meet cGMP and company guidelines

- Review of Warehouse records, cGMP documents and archival on periodically.
- Preparation of URS, Impact/Risk assessments and other necessary documents.
- Co-ordination with QA and other stake holders for timely completion of Qualification and Validation activities related to existing and new equipment’s received from time to time at Warehouse.
- To ensure the audit observations responses are sent within stipulated timeline.
- Handling of Warehouse CAPAs and discussion with HODs for its close out.
- Adherence to procedural systems, cGMP, data integrity & transparency maintained within the organization.
- To ensure all the safety precautions are adhered as per EHSS policies at workplace and organizing training as and when required for entire staff and workmen.
- To prepare/review of draft labels and logbooks before forwarding to purchase department for purchase order creation as and when required and based on stocks availability.
- Interacting and organizing meetings with cross-functional departments such as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Purchase, Supply chain, Commercial admin, EHSS & Engineering departments, and post outcome shall be discussed with HOD.
- Managing audits by clearing all day to-day material arrangements at respective places as per their status and there of documentation activities in the Warehouse.
