Job Purpose: CQA – Business operations and Data analytics.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pharmaceutical quality data analysis, interpretation, trending, visualization, and presentation of quality data using IT tools like Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools.
  • Review of Management Information data and Key performance indicators for Syngene.
  • Tracking and driving action plan for red KPIs, meeting action plans and quality risks.
  • Strategic initiative data analysis and Trending of Syngene quality data.
  • To drive and support quality excellence programs in quality functions.
  • Implementation of Lean six sigma, 5S and Kaizens.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presentation decks preparation for management review meetings and client presentations.
  • Manage Projects for key Quality improvement projects for timely execution.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality presentations by accurately reflecting data, performing data cleansing, conducting data analytics, and maintaining archived backup data for seamless audit availability at any time.
  • Execute and implement functional initiatives, compliance tasks, and business priorities as assigned by the reporting manager, ensuring timely completion within set targets and quality standards.

 

 

Educational Qualification:  Any Degree with work experience in pharmaceutical industry.

 

 

Technical/functional Skills:

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Business Operations and Data analytics.
  • Excellent English Language proficiency and good communication skills.
  • Excellent in Information Technology tools like Power BI, Power Point presentations, Excels, AI tools.
  • Presentation skills and data interpretation.
  • Pharmaceutical Quality Data analysis and trending.

 

 

Experience: 8 to 12 Years
