Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Business Intelligence Lead to drive analytics and reporting initiatives across our CRDMO life sciences and Commercial Excellence functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and a strong understanding of CRDMO business operations, sales processes, and commercial strategy. This role involves close collaboration with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for CRDMO and Commercial Excellence functions.
 - Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to understand business needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
 - Analyze commercial and operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
 - Define and track Commercial Excellence metrics, like Sales Funnel Conversion Rates, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Win Ratios, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Revenue per Sales Representative, Sales Cycle Length, Customer Retention and Churn Rates, Forecast Accuracy, Territory Performance, Quota Attainment, etc.
 - Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and data models., Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
 - Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enable seamless data integration and automation.
 - Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and data interpretation.
 - Act as a data-driven advisor to senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization).
 - Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data transformation tools.
 - Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
 
Business Skills:
- Solid understanding of CRDMO life sciences business models, workflows, and KPIs.
 - Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, and stakeholder engagement.
 - Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership interaction.
 
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
 - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry preferred.
 - Proven track record of leading BI projects and delivering measurable business impact.

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.
