Job Purpose: 

Conduct integrative data analysis of multi-omics datasets to address challenges across different stages of drug discovery. We are looking for a highly motivated bioinformatician to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of scientists to deliver comprehensive solutions for our drug discovery platform.

 

Qualification:

(2-5) years of experience with a bachelor's / Master's degree in bioinformatics/ Computational biology or allied discipline.

 

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

  • Proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience in multi-omics data analysis.
  • Familiarity with gene regulatory networks and protein-protein interaction networks.
  • Expertise in multivariate data analysis, including regression and clustering.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization techniques.

Preferred:

  • Basic understanding of graphs, networks, and their applications in biology.
  • Experience in constructing and analyzing mechanistic models of biological systems.
  • Knowledge of probability distributions, correlation, and hypothesis testing.
