Job Purpose

  • To lead the instrument management team in instrument maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of analytical instruments.
  • Managing the team of engineers.
  • Complying for the needs of analytical instruments support as per the expectation set by stakeholders
  • Coordinate with vendors for installation and maintenance of the instruments,
  • Manage documentation of GMP/GLP laboratories.
  • Ensure planned maintenance for the instruments
  • Audit preparedness
  • Training and Development of Engineers.
  • Coordination of with other enabling functions.
  • Capex purchase and spare parts management.
  • Instruments life cycle management.
  • Vendor development for the new capex instruments

 

Educational Qualification:  

  • BE/ B tech in Electronics & Communication /Instrumentation /biomedical instrumentation.

 

Technical/functional Skills:

  • Sound knowledge in Servicing instruments and engineering.
  • (HPLC, GC, UPLC, UHPLC, SFC’s, Kft, spectrometers, MS, HPLC, UPLC, GC, titrator, NMR, ph meter,..etc. Computer skills
  • Customer management
  • Analytical problem solving skills.

 

Experience:

  • 15-20 years in analytical instrumentation management. Candidate should have experience in handling instruments lifecycle management in GMP/GLP environment.
