Job Title: Protein Purification Scientist

Job Location: Bangalore

Core Purpose of the Role :

• Experience in purification methods like affinity, GFC, IEX , HIC, IMAC
• Knowledge of protein analytics – SDS PAGE, endotoxin measurements, analytics,SE HPLC
• Expertise in troubleshooting purification methods
• Development of new methods of purification for tagless protein
• Good documentation practice.

Role Accountabilities: Able to purify Antibody from different expression system, purify reagent proteins. Real time documentation.

Leadership Capabilities: Good scientific communication skills.

Specific requirements for this role: 

1. Experience 6-9 years
2. Demonstrated Capability for protein purification and analytics
3. Education: M.Sc in Biotech/Microbiology/Biochemistry

Skills and Capabilities: Experience in protein purification, instrument handling – AKTA, HPLC, Spectrophotometer.
