Perform In vivo tumor studies /PK-PD in Oncology and Immuno-Oncology area. Support in vitro/ex vivo work in the same area as needed.Key Responsibilities:Working as individual contributors or along with another Research Scientist in In-Vivo lab as needed.To conduct in vivo animal studies/ Pharmacology in area of Oncology/ Immuno-Oncology.To have working knowledge of syngeneic /xenograft tumor models.To perform primarily variety of functions including but not limited to: Dosing /tumor cells implant as applicable, Tumor measurement, passaging & tissue collection for PD /bleeding for Pk etc.Mammalian cell culture especially mouse and human cell line handling, passaging/cell line processing will be added advantage.In vivo study data acquisition and analysis with statistics and making presentation in graph pad.Capable of analytical in thinking and work with a quality approach.Maintain timely and accurate electronic notebook. Follow all EHS laboratory safety standards and compliance requirements.
Educational Qualification: Masters (M.Sc./M.
