Job Purpose
To act as a Project Manager and documentation specialist, serving as an interface between Syngene, BBRC and BMS stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth relationship between all the entities involved in delivering research programs at BBRC
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Preparation
- Prepare L2/Tox Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Supporting GMP documentation
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate raw material (RM) procurement and follow-up.
- Ensure solvent and RM availability for Scaleup batches
- Manage vendor qualification
- Planning & Projection
- Develop Scaleup projections based on project timelines.
- Track material readiness and availability for upcoming batches
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Oversee GMP shipments in line with regulatory standards.
- Support catalyst licensing processes and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with R&D, QA/QC, and regulatory teams to align operational priorities.
- Provide regular updates on procurement and shipment status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate across functions to de-bottleneck issues identified.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ post-graduate in life-sciences or related Engineering discipline plus PMP-certified Project Management qualification is desirable
