Common Responsibilities:
- Responsible towards safety & compliance in all the work activities performed.
- Follow the established Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for safe work environment and adhere to the highest standards of quality, integrity & compliance for every work activity.
- Complete the assigned trainings in a timely manner and comply with the training procedure & training calendar.
- Attend all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures.
- Participate in & support the trainings on procedures, protocols, and On-the-Job activities.
- Compliance to Good Documentation Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Report nonconformities & deviations to the respective supervisor(s) and/or line manager(s).
- Participate in & support for on-time initiation & closure of deviations, investigations, CAPA and change controls.
Safety and DI Responsibilities:
- Adhere to organizational policies & procedures on EHSS, POSH, Data Integrity and IT security.
- Always wear the applicable PPEs and adhere to any other Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements in the workplace for individuals & lab/plant safety.
- Understand all necessary safety protocols and always follow the same to ensure safety for all.
- Proactively identify near-misses & potential incidents and communicate to supervisor and/or line manager or through the respective web portals.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Operate Garment Washing Machine and Dryer in Laundry Area as per the approved procedure and maintenance and/or review of the records.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the Laundry Area and Supervise Cleaning & Sterilization of the area and maintenance and/or review of the records.
- Responsible for training and supervision of contract employees for Garment Management as per approved procedures and maintenance and/or review of the records.
- Adhere to safety requirements and ensure adequate labelling within the Laundry Area.
- Support in operate and monitor operation of the clean utilities through SCADA system.
- Maintain periodic monitoring records as per the approved procedure.
- Support in monitoring the sampling of clean utilities as per QC sampling schedule.
- Adhere to safety requirements and follow adequate labelling within the Clean Utility Area.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the Laundry area and Supervise Cleaning & Sanitization of the area and maintain and/or review the records.
- Support in periodic calibration of instrumentation for clean utilities and preventive maintenance of the generation, storage and distribution systems.
Perform Laundry area waste disposal as per approved procedure and maintain records.
