Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:  The role will contribute to develop, implement Lead Generation & nurturing strategies in the assigned territory for the business development team, following the already established protocol to qualify leads. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the organization’s capabilities in research, development, and manufacturing services.
