Core Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of functional assays and general lab operations, ensuring high-quality data generation and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional assays including ELISAs and cell-based assays.
• Ensure accurate documentation in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), including data generation, analysis, and compilation.
• Maintain high standards in assay execution with minimal failures.
• Proactively manage timelines to meet project milestones.
• Conduct routine cell maintenance and culture work.
• Track reagent usage and coordinate timely ordering to avoid disruptions.
• Support general lab activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth lab functioning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Holds a M.Sc degree and is experienced in performing functional assays including ELISAs and cell-based assays.
